Highly recommend Luma. Our apartment building's insurance needs are complex, including a Heritage Overlay. Excellent experience from a genuine professional. I called late on a Friday afternoon at the last minute as my business cover was about to expire. David really pulled out the stops and worked over the weekend to find me a great deal. He didn't try to hard-sell either. Instead he talked me through the cover in a very transparent way. Not what my previous experience has been form insurance brokers. And the saving speaks for itself. My renewal notice was for $1692 and after listening to what I actually needed I paid $988. Amazing.
